Section 15
Provisions regarding social organizations that have received certificates:
(1) Associations that have received certificates from the Social Services National Coordinating Council before the commencement of this Act shall be deemed to be affiliated with the Council in accordance with this Act.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the social association organizations affiliated with the Council shall submit to the Council within one year from the commencement of this Act the necessary amendments and additions to their constitutions in accordance with this Act.
